Processing times - Every Spine & Vine box is carefully packed by hand in Scotland using thoughtfully curated packaging inspired by cosy reading rituals, candlelit evenings and gentle magic.

Please allow - 3- 5 Business Days for your order to be prepared and dispatched!

During seasonal launches, holidays or limited edition drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

UK Shipping - All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class, so please allow a further 2-4 Business Days after shipping for your parcel to arrive.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free UK Shipping - we offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.

International Shipping - At this time Spine & Vine ships within the UK only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future as the shop grows.

 

Tracking Information - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information where applicable.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

 

Handmade Items- As some of the Spine & Vine pieces - including handmade crochet items - are created or assembled in small batches.

Because of this:

  • slight variations may occur
  • placement and texture may differ slightly
  • each piece may have unique handmade details

These variations are considered part of the charm and individuality of handmade products.

 

Packaging - All orders are packaged with care using gift - style wrapping and cosy presentation details wherever possible.

We aim to use recyclable and eco-conscious packaging materials whenever we can.

 

Shipping Delays - Once parcels have been dispatched, Spine & Vine is not responsible for delays cause by: 

  • postal strikes
  • weather conditions
  • courier delays
  • incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Once your parcel is blessed and bound for adventure, it embarks on a 3–5 working day journey through the UK, carried by our trusty courier dragons who know all the secret shortcuts through the realm.
